PDEP is a double-acting, linear reciprocating piston used in pneumatic cylinders, made of NBR 70 Shore Nitrile Rubber. Rounded sealing grooves profile facilitates sliding by preventing the "sticky slip" effect. The groove moves the grease, located between the two sealing grooves, and guarantees linearity at the axial point in time. Spacers automatically center the jacketed piston, in the sliding direction, in the event of very high radial loads. The PDEP seal features bas-reliefs on the inside to facilitate the first opening during the travel direction change.
